Women Rising (Absolute Beginners) is a fitness and self-defence class for women of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness abilities.
Our Women Rising (Absolute Beginners) classes focus on increasing fitness and strengthening and toning, while teaching basic self-defence and elements of Muay Thai Boxing. Our commitment is to meet each woman where she is at whilst providing a challenging workout. These classes are held in a safe, contained and private space where women are encouraged to use vocalisation as part of their fitness practice.

Mondays & Fridays 10:45 – 11:45
There are two options for payment:
Pay As You Go £5 per person per session or get a Bronze membership which covers all Muay thai bootcamp, women rising and bootcamp classes showing on our time table.
